What is SEO Elite Agency?

A founder-led SEO, GEO and AEO agency in Naples, Florida, established in 2025. Small on purpose: the person who audits your site is the person who runs your account and the person you email. There is no account-management layer between you and the work, which is a real advantage and a real limit.

The agency operates from 1950 Mayfair Street, Suite 313 in Naples, and works with businesses across Southwest Florida, the rest of the state, and nationally. Where we are not local to a market we say so on that market's page rather than implying a presence we do not have, because a fabricated local address does not rank a business and an agency that opens with a lie has told you something useful about itself.

The work is four systems that only pay off together: technical SEO so engines can read the site, local SEO for the map pack, content written to be quoted, and GEO so AI engines can name your business. Sold as four separate line items they underperform, because Google and the AI engines read a business as one entity rather than four purchases.

Being founder-led is a constraint as much as a selling point, and it is worth being blunt about which. You get senior attention and direct answers. You do not get a bench of forty people, a twenty-market global program, or someone to call at 2am. Those are real trade-offs, and the next section is the honest version of them.

Who is SEO Elite Agency not for?

If you need a large agency staffed across many markets, that is not us, and pretending otherwise would waste your money and our reputation. If you want guaranteed rankings, nobody can honestly sell you those. And if you want a report full of impressive numbers that never connect to revenue, we are the wrong shop.

The clearest case is scale. Our enterprise SEO page says it directly: if you need forty people staffing a global program, hire the firm that has forty people. Where a focused firm genuinely outperforms is as senior specialist depth alongside a capable in-house team, or as the whole engine behind a large site run by a lean one. Anything else and we would be selling you a story.

The second case is expectations. Nobody controls Google, so no honest agency guarantees a position, and an agency that does is either chasing phrases nobody searches or taking a shortcut that becomes your cleanup bill later. What we commit to is a prioritized program, honest attribution, and telling you which rankings actually pay for themselves.

The third is patience. SEO compounds and it compounds slowly: early movement on lower-competition terms in roughly 60 to 90 days, map-pack progress within three to four months, and contested head terms usually six to twelve months of steady work. If the business needs leads this month, paid search is the honest answer and we will tell you so rather than take a retainer we cannot justify.

What does SEO Elite Agency believe?

That SEO is a business asset rather than an expense, that every metric should trace to revenue, that nobody controls Google, and that an agency which will not source its own claims has no business auditing yours. Those beliefs are enforced here by the build itself, not by anyone remembering them.

SEO is equity, not overhead. A ranking earned this year keeps earning next year, which is the whole reason it is worth the wait, and it is the opposite of paid advertising that stops the moment the card declines. That is also why the work has to be built to survive an algorithm update rather than to look good this quarter.

Every metric should trace to revenue. Rankings are a means, traffic is a means, and calls, bookings and new customers are the point. So reporting is in organic-attributed leads and revenue tracked in your CRM or call system, in plain language, and a number-one ranking on a term nobody converts on gets called what it is: a vanity metric.

And we do not publish numbers we cannot prove. That last one is not a posture here, it is a build step: this site runs gates that block a statistic without a citation, block a dead source link, and block a specific set of agency-performance numbers we have banned ourselves from using. If a claim cannot clear them, the site does not build. The founder page covers how to check any of it yourself.

What proof does SEO Elite Agency actually have?

A 5.0 rating on Google from six verified reviews, written by named clients. That is the honest inventory. We do not publish case studies with numbers you cannot check, and we would rather show you a smaller set of real proof than a larger set of invented proof.

Here is what clients wrote, unedited. Genaro Vasquez: "Jamie is amazing. He's helped me get my business on the map and I couldn't be more grateful. If you're looking for someone who is genuine and really cares about your business, look no further." Zachary Geraci: "Jamie at SEO Elite Agency did a phenomenal job getting our business to the top of Google. Our phone has not stopped ringing since we started working with him."

Nicole Billiot: "I recently hired SEO Elite Agency in Naples, FL, and the experience has been outstanding. Jamie was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my success. He took the time to listen to my goals and crafted a tailored strategy that delivered real results." Robin Gray: "Jamie is fantastic. He's very knowledgeable about SEO and was able to teach me how it works." Reviews from Lauren Small and David Pattock round out the set, both describing traffic and lead growth.

What we deliberately do not have on this site is a wall of case studies with growth percentages attached. The FTC's rule on consumer reviews makes results claims a legal matter, not just an editorial one, and beyond that a statistic you cannot verify is worth nothing to you anyway. Our results page is built the same way: verified reviews rather than numbers we cannot substantiate.

How does an engagement with SEO Elite Agency work?

Audit first, quote second, month-to-month always. The audit is free and yours whether or not you hire us. Most engagements run between $1,200 and $3,500 a month, with competitive verticals and multi-location work starting higher, and we quote only after seeing the site.

The audit comes first because a price quoted before anyone has looked at your site is a guess with a number on it. It covers current rankings, technical health and Core Web Vitals, Google Business Profile performance, a competitor gap analysis against whoever is actually beating you, a backlink review, and your visibility across the AI engines. You leave with a prioritized action list, ranked by likely impact, with no obligation attached.

Then the work runs in a deliberate order, because sequence is most of why timelines feel unpredictable. Technical repairs and profile work compound fastest so they lead; content and authority build behind them, which is why month five looks nothing like month two. Our pricing page sets out how a quote gets scoped and what actually drives the number.

And it stays month-to-month, permanently. A long contract mostly protects an agency from its own results, and we would rather re-earn the work every month than rely on a termination clause. If the work stops producing, you should be free to leave, and knowing that keeps us honest. Reach us at (843) 955-7727 or [email protected].

No. Every engagement is month-to-month. A long contract mostly shields an agency from its own results, and we would rather earn the next month than rely on paperwork. If the work stops producing revenue, you should be free to walk without penalty.

No, and no honest agency can. Nobody controls Google. An agency guaranteeing a position is either targeting phrases nobody searches or taking a shortcut that costs you later. Most run between $1,200 and $3,500 per month, with competitive verticals such as law, healthcare, home services and real estate, plus multi-location work, starting higher. We quote only after a free audit, because a flat rate offered before anyone has looked at your site is a guess.

Based in Naples, Florida. Locally that means Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Cape Coral. Statewide it includes Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sarasota and Jacksonville. We also work with national clients remotely, and on every location page we state plainly that we are a Naples team rather than implying a local office.
